Alcohol and Beer tap Control Module
Introducing the EPIONE Alcohol and Beer tap Control – One of the simplest and most cost effective solutions to control, monitor and dispense liquor, wine and draft beer.
Built to be fully integrated with the Control Plus line of Liquor Control Systems and the BERG Company standard protocols, The EPIONE Alcohol and Beer tap Control module will provide three distinct modes of operations:
- Zero Control with Complete monitoring
The POS system will not control the portions poured. It will only monitor what is poured and consolidate the totals with their associated sales. - Full Control with Complete monitoring
Every drink has to be entered into the POS system. Only then, will the system unlock the liquor controller and only allow the exact brand and quantity of the liquor sold to be poured. - Pooled mode
As drinks are entered in the POS system, they are added to a pool of liquor allowed to be poured; a printer receipt will show the staff the recipes to make. Only liquors in the pool will be allowed to be poured.
